Chi Lai Mountain, Taiwan
This high mountain Oolong is grown at 2000m on Chi Lai Mountain (奇萊山) in Taiwan. The tea is low-oxidized and non-roasted to best express the quality of the tea leaves.
How To Drink?

Step 1
Cleanse and warm the cup with 95°C water. Add 4-6g of tea into tea pot. Ceramic teaware is recommended

Step 2
1st Brew: Pour 150c.c/ 95℃ hot water, cover with lid & soak for about 45 seconds. Pour out the tea and drink

Step 3
2nd brew takes 40 seconds; the 3rd brew takes 50 seconds, and then each brew adds up to 10 seconds. Each pot can brew about 6-7 times
